Wash it Shine LLC – Refund Policy
At Wash it Shine LLC, our goal is to deliver the highest quality detailing services and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. We stand behind our work and strive to resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will inspect the vehicle and, if appropriate, offer a free re-service of the areas in question.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

A service was paid for but not rendered due to cancellation on our end.

A significant portion of the service was not completed as described in the service agreement.

The customer reported an issue within the stated timeframe and we were unable to correct it after a re-service attempt.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Dissatisfaction reported more than 24 hours after service completion.

Issues caused by pre-existing damage, wear, or stains that cannot be removed despite best efforts.

Situations where the vehicle was excessively dirty beyond the level disclosed at booking and the customer declined additional service charges.
3. Payment Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If payment was made in cash, refunds will be issued by check or cash within 7 business days.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service cost.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost and are not eligible for a refund.
