These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Wash it Shine LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“you” or “your”). By booking or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Wash it Shine LLC offers vehicle detailing services, which may include exterior washing, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and other related services. The exact scope of work will be outlined at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Appointments

All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or in person.
We require accurate vehicle information and service requests at the time of booking.
Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and requested add-ons.
Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, and approved digital payment methods.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
Rescheduling is allowed without penalty if done within the notice period.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You must remove all personal items from your vehicle before service.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
For safety, we may refuse service to excessively dirty, hazardous, or unsafe vehicles.

7. Liability and Damage Policy

While we take the utmost care in handling your vehicle, Wash it Shine LLC is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to the vehicle’s paint, interior, or mechanical systems.
- Damage caused by undisclosed defects, aftermarket parts, or poor prior repairs.
Any claims of damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Weather and Service Conditions

For mobile services, appointments may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather or unsafe working conditions.
In-shop services will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise notified.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours so we can attempt to correct the issue.
Refunds are at the sole discretion of Wash it Shine LLC.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wash it Shine LLC’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the state of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Liability – While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear and tear on your vehicle’s interior or exterior. This includes but is not limited to: scratches, chips, stains, faded paint, or upholstery damage.
Results – Detailing results vary depending on the condition, age, and materials of the vehicle. We do not guarantee 100% removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or imperfections.
Personal Items – Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicles prior to service. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle.
Paint & Surface Condition – Certain cleaning and restoration processes may reveal imperfections or damage that were previously hidden by dirt, oxidation, or other contaminants. We are not responsible for any such findings.
Time & Weather – Service times may vary due to vehicle condition, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions.
